Job summary

The Adecco Group's LHH Career Transition & Mobility (CTM) unit seeks a Career Coach – Career Development & Mobility to deliver career management services to program participants and support sales efforts. This remote, part-time role requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree or related certifications, and strong MS Office/GSuite proficiency.

You will coach individuals, facilitate groups, and manage program administration while maintaining LHH ethics and quality standards.

• 5+ years of professional business experience.
• Excellent technical skills with proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, or Apple.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to work in remote settings.

Career Coach – Career Development & Mobility

The primary responsibilities of a CD&M Career Coach are to deliver career management services to program participants according to LHH quality standards and to support sales efforts through selected account management and related activities.

Employment Type:

• Part-time hours vary from week to week.

Reporting Relationships:

• Reports to NAM Director of Delivery – CD&M with a dotted line to NAM Lead Consultant – CD&M

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

• Provide coaching consultation services to participants through one-on-one coaching, training, and group facilitation according to LHH ethical and program standards.
• Ensure quality delivery of career development programs to meet quality requirements.
• Execute LHH products, tools, and portals in a high quality and efficient manner.
• Effectively handle program participants caseload as business needs require.
• Manage all associated administration in a timely and accurate manner.

Professional Development

• Take an active role in own development by participating in quarterly staff meetings, monthly team meetings, and other professional events.
• Participate in LHH training opportunities.

All About You

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or HR, Coaching or related certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of professional business experience
• Excellent technical skills with proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, or Apple
• Quick study on technology uses; firm desire to embrace technology as a means for improvement of service.
• Passion for delivering quality service that exceeds program expectations.
• Thorough understanding of an array of products and services in career management
• Ability to interface with, coach, and serve program [participants in remote professional settings.
• Knowledgeable about job search, business, and resource mobilization strategies
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal
• High personal credibility with a strong set of values consistent with LHH culture
• Optimistic attitude, coupled with mental curiosity.
• Strong customer service orientation; personally motivated to help others.

• Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
