What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers through email, chat, and phone to provide swift, accurate solutions.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
  • Accurately log and document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively resolve inquiries.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in call center.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using computers, Windows, Outlook, and MS Office.
  • Advanced English language skills.
