What You’ll Do:

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
Accurately log and document customer interactions and resolutions.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively resolve inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
6 months to 1 year of experience in call center.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in using computers, Windows, Outlook, and MS Office.
Advanced English language skills.
