Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently (cash, credit, debit).
• Verify currency authenticity to prevent fraud.
• Manage cash drawer and reconcile at end of shift.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist inquiries.
• Follow all company policies and security procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle returns and exchanges per guidelines.
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to management.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy for POS items.
• Ensure a seamless and positive checkout experience for all customers.
