CAFETERIA SUPERVISOR
The Cafeteria Supervisor is responsible for supervising cafeteria services, ensuring food quality and sanitation.
Responsibilities:
  • Inspect the arrival of raw materials to the cafeteria
  • Review facilities and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen handovers between shifts
  • Supervise culinary processes
  • Approve food before serving
  • Monitor food temperatures
  • Handle cafeteria billing
  • Collect temperature and process logs
  • Report incidents and areas of improvement to the HR department
Qualifications (education, experience, personal attributes):
  • Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Nutrition, Administration, or similar
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Intermediate English level
  • Schedule flexibility
