Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager, located in Cancún, ROO. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the cafe, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining inventory. This role involves scheduling work shifts, handling customer complaints, training new employees, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the Cafe Manager will be in charge of budgeting, purchasing supplies, and developing marketing strategies to attract customers.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality management or a similar role is beneficial
  • Ability to manage inventory and supplies effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
