Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree with at least 1 year of experience, or a 2-year degree with at least 6 years experience.
• Experience supporting basic design or drafting work in product development or production modifications.
• Working knowledge of CAD-based documentation and release processes.
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks and manage details with accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and changing design requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute basic design projects related to new product development, redesigns, and production modifications.
• Prepare and support CAD deliverables for internal stakeholders and customer-facing needs as assigned.
• Coordinate layout and packaging work to support product build requirements and design intent.
• Manage release coordination activities using EPIC and ensure documentation is release-ready.
• Perform CAD studies that support design decisions and product improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and design team members to resolve scope gaps and keep work moving forward.
• Monitor project risks and communicate changes early to keep timelines on track.
• Support organized, release-ready design output that enables successful product builds.
