Lennox is seeking a Key Account Rep in Saltillo, Mexico to manage quotes, orders, and disputes while delivering a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with internal teams to fulfill requests and maintain detailed customer data in CRM systems.

The role requires handling inquiries, reviewing drawings, and coordinating with logistics and finance to ensure timely fulfillment and accuracy. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 year of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent customer service skills, including effective listening and communication.
• Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations with professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and competing demands.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing detailed product information.
• Reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications provided by customers to determine product needs.
• Managing and tracking customer requests from initial inquiry through production and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Processing order modifications, cancellations, and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Managing ongoing quote follow-ups by regularly updating reports, tracking status changes in customer databases and coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Collaborating with internal departments such as customer service, logistics, and finance to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain accurate account data and interactions within CRM tools.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.
