Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in APIs & services.
• 3+ years managing developers and delivery timelines.
• 3+ years of Agile/Scrum experience.
• 3+ years reading, reviewing, and guiding production code.
• 5+ years C# development.
• 3+ years DevOps experience with GitHub.
• 5+ years Database Architecture experience.
• 5+ years MS SQL (SSMS, T-SQL, SP, Functions, Open XML).
• 5+ years Enterprise Development Architecture (UI, WebAPI, Worker Services, DB).
• 3+ years Technical Leadership and Project Management experience.
• Nice to have experience as a Tech Lead/Engineering Manager/TPM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from planning to release.

Salary: Up to $30,000 MXN gross

We are seeking a Software Development Project Manager / Senior C# Developer who can balance hands-on technical leadership with project management and project ownership.

This role is responsible for planning and driving development timelines with management, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across backend, frontend, APIs, and infrastructure. This is a combined technical leadership/PM role, not a pure PM position.

The role will supervise solution component assignments to ensure the development team works cohesively toward a common goal, while also providing guidance and supervision to achieve said goal.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Management Own end-to-end project delivery from planning to release
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Assign tasks and manage sprint planning, backlogs, and priorities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with quality

• Technical Oversight Understand and review:

• Review code and ensure best practices, performance, and security standards

• Development Management:

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and testing
