Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development in Windows environments.
• Strong proficiency in C++, VC++, and C# with multi-threaded programming.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of Windows internals and related dev tech.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, debugging, testing and system analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, own and maintain core platform components from implementation to deployment.
• Write and review high-quality C++/C# code with emphasis on correctness and performance.
• Contribute to architectural discussions to improve scalability, resiliency and productivity.
• Tackle hard system failures including concurrency and data consistency issues.
• Establish testing, observability and debuggability patterns in complex systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA and product partners in an Agile, multi-site setup.
