Job Overview
This position reports to the PSC Team Leader and is part of the PSC team, focusing on PR/PO processing, compliance checks, supplier setup/change requests, procurement helpdesk, invoice price issue resolution, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support migration of Indirect Procurement processes from India to Mexico and prepare related documentation
- Become a Subject Matter Expert in Indirect Procurement topics
- Handle and resolve escalated procurement issues
- Respond to supplier, stakeholder, and AP queries to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain supplier master data in relevant systems
- Ensure proper processing of PRs and POs
- Perform compliance checks and expedite POs
- Respond to procurement helpdesk tickets
- Manage invoice pricing issues
- Handle Spot Buy/Requisition-Based Sourcing
- Execute all in-scope procurement activities
- Prepare and process eRFQs
- Negotiate and execute smaller contracts
- Execute projects assigned by Commodity Management
- Conduct desk research and price comparisons
- Report savings
- Maintain communication with suppliers, stakeholders, and procurement team members
- Perform periodic PR/PO audits and KPI measurements
- Ensure compliance with TE policies and support a compliant environment
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
- Assist local BU owners and procurement team members in issue resolution
Candidate Background:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Indirect Procurement
- Open to profiles with experience in direct procurement, Buyer, Purchasing, or Sourcing
- Experience in a shared service environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and relevant tools
- Experience with SAP PR2, S/4
- Strong English language skills
- Experience in diversified industrial products or manufacturing preferred
