Littelfuse, a global leader in electrical safety and energy management, is seeking an experienced Buyer to join its Supply Chain team in Mexico. You will plan, purchase, and manage raw material requirements to support production schedules and maintain optimal inventory levels.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in purchasing or materials planning in manufacturing, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and strong analytical, communication, and English skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in Purchasing, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
• Excellent communication and supplier relationship skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, control, and manage raw material requirements to support production demands.
• Place and manage purchase orders according to guidelines.
• Maintain communication with suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Monitor DIOH reduction and E&O inventory control.
• Calculate safety stock and min/max parameters.
• Support supply chain continuity with Procurement and Sustaining teams.
• Review ERP planning recommendations; identify supply risks.
• Maintain ERP planning parameters, lead times, MOQ.
• Participate in cost reduction and inventory optimization.
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Drive production schedule adherence through planning.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and operational standards.
