Littelfuse in Matehuala, San Luis Potosí, is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and execute short-, mid-, and long-term production plans based on demand, materials, and capacity, ensuring reliable deliveries to customers.

You will lead the Planning team, coordinate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Materials, Engineering, Logistics and Customer Service, and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and KPI reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with MPS, MRP, and S&OP/SIOP processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; English required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and execute master production schedules based on demand, material availability, production capacity, and priorities.
• Lead and develop the Planning team; coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet customer deliveries and improve planning accuracy.
