Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Buyer 3 in Mexico to manage purchasing activities for production needs. The role requires independent work, coordination of RFQs, and strong negotiation skills to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in international business or related field, plus knowledge of MRP, Oracle, and P&L analysis. A minimum of five years of purchasing experience is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in international business or related field.
• Knowledge in MRP, Oracle, negotiation, and results analysis (P&L).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
• Independent work style; coordinates purchasing activities, processes purchase requisitions and RFQs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate purchasing activities using MRP or manual requisitions and issue RFQs for pricing and availability.
• Monitor supplier delivery; negotiate price, volume, and delivery dates; manage RMA processes.
• Expedite and reschedule orders to meet production requirements; timely issue issues with AP/AR analysis.
• Research alternative suppliers for obsolete or long lead time parts; support PPV processes.

Minimum experience of 5years

Working independently, coordinates purchasing activities and processes purchase reqs in a timely manner. Using MRP and / or manual reqs, requires RFQ's for pricing and availability. Monitors supplier delivery. Negotiates price / volume / delivery dates. RMA's processes. Expedites and reschedules as necessary to meet production requirements. Responsible for resolving AP / AR issues through analysis and investigation. May research alternative suppliers for obsolete or long lead time parts. Senior Buyers may manage implementation of engineering changes, interpretation of procurement policies, process improvement projects, contract negotiation and approval of PPV's.
