• Degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drawing release to suppliers.
• Get quotation from suppliers.
• Check business term and condition on the parts quotation.
• Analyze price, tooling cost and MOQ for allocation.
• Price approval process
• Promote cost reduction activities with suppliers.
• Follow up new parts for allocation.
• Investigate new supplier for new material based on company policy.
• Negotiate with supplier to achieve target price by parts.
• Tooling arrangement according to development schedule.
• Negotiate tooling cost.
• Place tooling P.O. and process payment based on agreement between suppliers.
• Part approval process with Engineering.
• Approval schedule for on time delivery for model ramp up.
• Resolve invoice price variance based on finance report.
• Audit supplier tooling inventory.
• Improve daily operations.
• Supplier sourcing

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration or Related.
• Proficient in Excell & MS Office
• Good Negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge in MRP & Oracle *
• 2 or more years of experience in maquila environment
