Ensure the timely arrival of raw materials and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information in the system

1. Perform other duties inherent to the position according to the needs of the company. Purpose: To meet the established goals of the organization.
2. Comply with safety, hygiene and environmental programs and policies, with a preventive and educational approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts.
3. Maintain continuity of supply according to company policies and procedures to ensure materials are available on time and in the correct quantities.
4. Participate in and ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines.
5. Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of your job responsibilities.
6. Maintain optimal raw material levels by verifying information using the purchasing department\'s defined metrics to ensure the execution of the production plan.
7. Ensure suppliers deliver materials on time and in the correct manner, verifying compliance with purchase terms, quality, quantity, and payment requirements to guarantee accurate receipt of materials and the return of defective materials.
8. Attend to and interact with all personnel who need to address matters related to your purchasing responsibilities, attending production meetings and Gemba sessions to identify problems promptly.
9. Perform other duties inherent to the position as needed by the company to achieve established organizational goals.
10. Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental programs and policies, using a proactive and educational approach to prevent accidents and occupational illnesses, improve working conditions, and reduce environmental impacts.

Education

• University degree in international trade, international business or engineering.

English Level

• Advanced english.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years\' experience in a similar position.

Computer Skills

• Intermediate Excel skills and Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
