Formación

This position reports to

Procurement Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for:

  1. POs Creation and management.
  2. Order confirmations.
  3. Material expedite.
  4. Supplier Payments Inquiries.
  5. Monitor supplier performance (on-time delivery).
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • New graduate - 2 years experience as a buyer or in Supply Chain areas.
  • Knowledge of supply chain/logistics processes.
  • MS Office and Excel experience.
  • Advanced English required.
  • Active VISA and SAP experience preferred.
