Candidates must have a professional degree in Business or Logistics, experience in Direct Purchasing, and a strong command of English. Familiarity with Microsoft projects, Power BI, and SAP is essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Professional degree in Business and Logistics required.
• Experience in Direct Purchasing preferred.
• Advanced English level is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for purchasing a variety of supplies and services.
• Evaluate bids, select suppliers, and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate and track orders until ready to stock.

Responsibilities

Responsible for purchasing a wide variety of supplies or services while ensuring cost effective and on time material availability. Evaluates bids, selects, recommends suppliers, and negotiate prices, delivery, quality and service for goods and services required for business purposes. Coordinate, track, and provide status updates on the material since ordered until it is ready in stock. Investigate, resolve, and communicate issues that can affect material availability. Understands elementary problem-solving techniques.

Education and Certifications

Education: Professional degree Business and Logistics related, preferably Experience in Direct Purchasing. Certifications: APICS (desirable). Advance English Level.

Skills and Abilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft projects, Power BI, ALM (JIRA) software and time management tools
• SAP proficiency
• Microsoft Office
