We are a company that manufactures refrigerators for various international brands. We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a qualified candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute activities related to material planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and store functions to ensure optimal supply levels for operations.
2. Manage purchase orders by planning material requirements using an MRP system and executing suggested action plans.
3. Maintain material requirement plans by updating records of each part number in the company's MRP software in a timely manner.
4. Evaluate suppliers and establish initial contacts with new suppliers based on requirements.
5. Request samples for testing, perform sampling of incoming materials, participate in vendor rating programs, and vendor certification processes. Handle initial contacts for new products and participate in negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in MRP procurement.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Experience with MRP systems.
• Proactive, persuasive, skilled negotiator, with a positive attitude towards service.
• Availability to work according to schedule.
