SANMINA-SCI TECHNOLOGY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Jalisco, Mexico, seeks a Program Manager 4 to lead customer-facing programs within a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar, with 8+ years’ experience in program management and customer service. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential. Occasional travel and flexibility are required.

• OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests and reports.
• Flexibility to take calls/meetings outside standard work hours.
• Able to handle customer visits, agendas, and plant tours.
