Sanmina in Mexico seeks a Program Manager 4 with a strong background in industrial engineering, administration or international business to lead customer service and program management efforts.

Required are 8+ years of experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage direct reports, understand shipment processes and incoterms, and coordinate with customers on reports and quotes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree related to Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business or Finance.
• Proven experience of 8+ years in customer service or program management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to manage direct-report employees.
• Understanding of shipment processes, incoterms, and related logistics concepts.

Responsabilidades

• OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, yields, customer requests and reports.
• Flexibility to take calls and meetings outside standard work hours.
• Manage a group of direct report employees and ensure program delivery.
