Job Summary

The Business System Analyst will be based in Guadalajara North Campus, reporting to the Information Technology Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for exploring complex business problems to develop automated, customized, and standardized system solutions. You will design detailed automated systems and processes to enhance efficiency, develop frameworks and processes, troubleshoot technical issues, conduct risk research, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver viable and consistent solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and process efficiency.
2. Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures; consult with users regarding automated systems.
3. Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements aligned with site business and customer requirements.
4. Implement system improvements and supervise their correct deployment to meet business and customer needs.
5. Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve daily system issues, ensuring smooth operations.
6. Execute global IT projects.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of SQL Server.
• Proficiency in English.
