Role Overview: As an Associate, Business Solutions Operations, you bring data together and develop sharp insights to improve the operational and financial performance of the business. You communicate clearly with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders, work cross-functionally, and are curious, analytical, and action oriented. You are responsible for instrumenting, measuring, and analyzing user acquisition and engagement, and you help business leaders see the business from every angle while serving as a role model to team members.

Our goal as a team is to provide the tools and foundational elements to maximize the lifetime value of every Pro who engages with Housecall Pro. We optimize interactions with our go-to-market engines and monetize value through pricing and packaging, helping Pros along their customer journey.

What you do each day
  • Maintain a real time view of the customer success funnels, identifying opportunities and risks
  • Measure and analyze user acquisition and engagement data to drive strategic recommendations
  • Support go-to-market and marketing teams with insight-rich analysis that informs key decisions
  • Translate complex data sets into clear visual and written communications for diverse stakeholders
  • Develop actionable recommendations related to pricing, packaging, and lifecycle strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate and consistent reporting systems
  • Gain deep expertise in our products, services, and the workflows of our Pros
  • Demonstrate analytical leadership by modeling best practices in data interpretation and collaboration
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline; or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years experience with a BI tool (i.e. Tableau, Power BI or Looker; Tableau preferred)
  • Proven success sourcing business questions from key internal stakeholders, refining, and answering comprehensively with data and analytics
  • Understanding of SQL and transforming raw data into usable datasets for analytical purposes

  • Former experience in management consulting, business operations, financial modeling, or product/marketing analytics
  • Prior experience at a SaaS start-up
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment, supporting analysis and reporting for business stakeholders
  • Experience providing compelling data storytelling, unlocking actionable insights
  • Ability to drive analysis, with a constant eye toward business objectives
  • Curious, innovative mindset with a focus on solving problems

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $28,000-$35,000 USD per year. The specific rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
