Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with technical consultants to ensure business opportunities from plant visits (Mexico & South America) are logged in the CRM and properly monitored.
- Manage quote requests from sales representatives in coordination with business partners.
- Coordinate sample testing and share results with partners.
- Order Management – Agency Partnerships: Handle customer and consultant inquiries, request and deliver quotes, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and deal closure.
- Verify customer purchase orders and forward them to business partners for processing and fulfillment.
- Confirm shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Business Partners Visit Coordination: Plan visit agendas for business partners in Mexico and South America.
- Maintain an up-to-date plant capacity database.
- Coordinate technical support visits for equipment installation, startup, or repair.
- Record and monitor all commission payments.
- Generate analytical reports for strategic decisions.
- Manage inventory levels and analyze consumption to plan timely restocking at fiscal warehouses in Italy & Netherlands.
- Follow up on web leads, ensure prompt responses, and track quote progress.
- Support event planning and execution in collaboration with the Branding team, including booth construction, promotional materials, social media content, and giveaways.
- Arrange catering services and appreciation dinners for partners and clients.
- Confirm attendance of customers through technical consultants.
Requirements
- Degrees: International Business, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–3 years in similar roles or in customer service.
- CRM: Experience with any CRM platform (preferably HubSpot).
- Office Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and digital platforms.
- English: Intermediate–advanced level (B2 or higher) – mandatory for daily communication with partners.
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of international trade (export processes, customs documentation, and order management).
