About the job

The Business Support team is looking for an energizing Business Operations Specialist to join our global team in Mexico City.

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will:

1. Manage and/or support the development and execution of business strategies and/or programs; align scope with strategic business objectives and regularly report on status to management.
2. Provide leadership and direction to support development and execution of business strategies and initiatives; coordinate activities with other business units within the company; establish operating rhythm of the business to ensure the organization is running effectively and efficiently to meet goals and objectives.
3. Identify and analyze the business needs of the department or business unit to develop plans for continuous improvement and to help determine solutions to business problems.
4. Engage in the project life cycle implementation process to facilitate and support the successful delivery (i.e., resource requests, contracts reviews, service agreements/work orders, project plans, invoices, etc.); manage operational tasks associated with project delivery.
5. Investigate options, recommend courses of action and drive implementation of initiatives related to continuous improvement, streamlining operations, and service delivery readiness and capabilities.
6. Define and implement standards and best practices to foster collaboration across all areas of the organization.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Training and Development, Accounting, Computer Science or related field.
2. Minimum of five years of experience researching, analyzing and/or reporting information related to specific area of assignment.
3. Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish.
4. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
