We are seeking a skilled and experienced BI with PowerCenter Experience. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes, ensuring the efficient extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources into our data warehouse. Your expertise in PowerCenter will be pivotal in enhancing our data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform, and load data into our data warehouse.
2. Data Integration: Work with various data sources, including databases, applications, flat files, and external APIs, to consolidate data for reporting and analysis.
3. Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the ETL process.
4. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize ETL processes for improved efficiency and reduced data processing times.
5. Data Modeling: Collaborate with the data modeling team to create and maintain data models that support business reporting needs.
6. Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand and address their data requirements.
7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, and data lineage.
8. Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor ETL job executions and troubleshoot any issues or errors that arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Informatica PowerCenter ETL development.
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases.
• Data modeling expertise and understanding of data warehousing best practices.
• Proficiency in data quality assurance and data profiling.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• PowerCenter certification (preferred but not required).
