Job Summary: We’re hiring a Business Intelligence IV to develop and maintain the Rackspace business intelligence framework.

Work Location:

· If you live within a 40km radius of our Mexico City office, we’d like you to work in the office two days a week.

· If further than 40km, you may work fully remote from one of these states: Aguascalientes, Jalisco, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, or Queretaro.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of the Business Intelligence (BI) architecture and continually refine the BI strategy to align with corporate direction.
• Serve as the subject matter expert in extracting information from EFD, Star, and Snowflake schemas.
• Build operational and ad-hoc reports.
• Create reports that leverage OLAP/Dimensional Modeling capabilities.
• Develop executive dashboards and corporate scorecards.
• Collaborate with customers to define requirements and create information delivery solutions using best practices.
• Write software in an open-source setting.
• Write and design documentation.
• Review proposed software branches.
• Participate in project discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a related field. Additional relevant experience may substitute for the degree at the manager’s discretion.
• 8+ years of business intelligence experience.
• Proficiency with Big Data software tools.
• Cloud computing experience.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA’s): data lake software, data mining, data modeling, and data virtualization.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with version control platform tools.
