We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Data Analysis Specialist – Logistics, this role focuses on developing Business Intelligence solutions to improve visibility, control, and analytical support for logistics processes through efficient data management, analysis, and visualization using tools like Power BI, advanced Excel, and other digital technologies—directly impacting decision-making and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports.
• Provide visibility into key logistics KPIs and related functions.
• Support digital transformation initiatives through BI solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, Excel, databases) for operational analysis.
• Train key users on reports and BI tools.
• Participate in data-driven continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate local and international logistics support activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years in data analysis, report automation, or dashboard development. Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial plant in logistics is a plus.
• Conversational English required.
• Power BI (data connectors, modeling, DAX, visualizations)
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, macros, nested functions)
• Database knowledge and basic/intermediate SQL
• Data extraction and transformation from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Workflow automation tools (Power Automate preferred)
• Understanding of and experience with transportation modes and services. Familiarity with cross-border logistics (US/MX, MX/US)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
