Team Overview

Our Business Intelligence (BI) team operates at the intersection of strategy and data. We play a crucial role in enabling smarter decisions across the organization by translating business needs into actionable insights. This team is not only responsible for obtaining data, dashboarding, and reporting, but also for being the bridge between stakeholders and data. We manage projects from the initial conversation with business units to the final delivery of clear, value-driven insights.You'll be part of a dynamic, multicultural environment, working closely with people from several Latin American countries.

Role Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the data team, ensuring their needs are well understood, prioritized, and translated into clear tasks.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define key metrics, gather requirements, and turn questions into structured data problems.
  • Plan and manage sprints, filter and clarify incoming requests, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, build dashboards, and provide meaningful visualizations and reports.

  • Ensure data accuracy, interpret results with a business lens, and make strategic recommendations based on insights.

  • Work in a cross-country environment, interacting with colleagues from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds across Latin America.

Role Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: You can simplify complex topics, ask the right questions, and build trust with stakeholders.

  • Business acumen: You understand business models, KPIs, and are able to connect the dots between data and value.

  • Analytical thinking: You’re able to interpret data critically, identify patterns, and explain what’s behind the numbers.

  • Technical skills: Proficient in SQL , Python or R programming languages and data visualization tools (like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)

  • Organizational skills: Experience in agile or sprint-based environments; you’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and keeping things on track.

  • Proactive mindset: You anticipate challenges, take ownership, and constantly look for ways to improve both data quality and team processes.

  • Cross-cultural collaboration: Comfortable working in a multicultural team and adapting communication to different cultural contexts across Latin America.
