Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our client base in the IT and digital transformation sector. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a background in IT sales or staffing to advance their career in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and track activity in CRM tools.
  • Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain regular contact with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships.
  • Represent the company at virtual or in-person meetings and industry events when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, specifically in IT services or staffing.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and prospecting.
  • Experience selling into the U.S. market or working with U.S.-based clients.
  • Familiarity with IT services, cloud technologies, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Open to travel for occasional client meetings or events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales enablement platforms.
