Business Development Representative - Trucking & Logistics

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and business growth for our trucking company. This role combines competitive USD base salary with attractive commission structure, targeting ambitious sales professionals with logistics industry experience.

Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the trucking and logistics sector
  • Utilize lead generation tools (Apollo, Google, ZoomInfo) to build targeted prospect lists
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client transportation needs
  • Close deals with prospects aligned with the team
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity reporting in CRM or TMS
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure realistic service proposals
Qualifications
Language & Communication
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent phone presence and cold calling skills
  • Strong written communication for email outreach
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with lead generation platforms:
  • Apollo for contact discovery and sequencing
  • Google advanced search techniques
  • ZoomInfo for prospect research and data enrichment
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator knowledge a plus
Industry Experience
  • 2+ years B2B sales experience (required)
