Formación

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive pipeline growth through outbound campaigns and strategic prospecting across LATAM and the US. You’ll work closely with our founders and sales leadership to refine our go-to-market (GTM) approach and book high-quality meetings with enterprise-level decision-makers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career sales talent to learn, grow, and have direct impact in a high-velocity startup environment!

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify enterprise leads across LATAM and the US markets.

- Support the planning, execution, and analysis of outbound sales campaigns targeting key ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles).

- Book qualified meetings with C-level and VP-level decision-makers.

- Analyze outreach and sales metrics to identify trends and continuously improve performance.

- Contribute to building scalable outbound workflows and playbooks from scratch.

- Maintain campaign momentum by following up on GTM initiatives and tracking prospect engagement.

- Collaborate directly with the founder to test, iterate, and improve outreach strategies.

- Contribute ideas for building internal tools, automation workflows, and AI-powered prospecting solutions.

Technical Skills & Tools:

- Familiarity with prospecting tools: HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Waalaxy, Neverbounce (or similar).

- Quick learner with a strong interest in sales tooling, automation, and AI integration.

- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and campaign analysis.

- CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Advanced or native English proficiency is required.

- Bachelor's Degree.

- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in BDR, SDR, Sales Ops, or a similar commercial role.

- Experience or strong interest in B2B SaaS, fintech, tech, or payments is a plus.
