We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales, forge strategic partnerships, expand our client base, and strengthen our presence in the local market.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and increase presence in the assigned territory.
  • Onboard new partners (travel agencies, tour operators, TMCs) and train them on our system.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
  • Manage an existing portfolio of partners, providing support and support improvements.
  • Follow up with partners for system training and cooperation enhancement.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial deals, including documentation and technical setup.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial terms and manage payment flows.
  • Analyze market and competitive environment.
  • Provide regular reports via CRM and internal systems.
  • Initiate API integrations with potential and existing partners.
Requirements:
Who You Are:
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in sales, business development, or account management within the travel industry.
  • Deep understanding of the local travel market, including travel agencies and tour operators.
  • Experience with API integration and technology sales.
  • Ambitious, proactive, results-driven, creative problem-solver.
  • Data-driven, tech-savvy, familiar with KPIs.
  • Adaptable to multicultural environments.
  • Self-motivated with high accountability.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 30%, ideally owning a car.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Mexico, preferably Guadalajara.
