A leading hospitality software company is seeking a Market Manager & Business Developer for LATAM. This remote role requires 2-3 years of experience in the Travel/Hospitality industry and familiarity with the LATAM markets. The ideal candidate will develop clients through a full sales cycle, ensuring growth for the company. A competitive compensation package and flexible working hours are offered.

Formación

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Travel/Hospitality industry.
  • Experience with SaaS Sales.
  • Proven experience in contracting, new business development or sales.
  • Familiarity with the LATAM / Cono Sur hospitality markets is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient level of English and Spanish.

We recently joined forces with Lighthouse, the leading business intelligence platform for hospitality. This partnership will allow us to accelerate our growth, expand our value proposition, and continue innovating in the industry.

To fuel our continued rapid growth, we are looking for a Market Manager & Business Developer LATAM - Cono Sur

Responsibilities:

  • Business development and client acquisition in the hospitality industry: independent and hotel groups and chains.
  • Create and implement the sales strategy to sustain rapid company growth in LATAM, especially in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile...
  • Be responsible for the entire sales cycle: market prospection, first approach, online demos and meetings, company presentation and contract closing.
  • Monitor the results and follow up with your clients.

Requirements:

  • You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Travel/Hospitality industry.
  • Experience with SaaS Sales.
  • Proven experience in contracting, new business development or sales.
  • Familiarity with the LATAM / Cono Sur hospitality markets is a strong advantage.
  • A proficient level of English and Spanish.
