Dahua Technology Mexico is hiring:
Business Development Manager (Electronic Security)
Verticals: Energy, Retail, Education, and/or Safe City.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients (enterprises, integrators/SIs, distributors)
- Generate opportunities through networking, trade shows, and partnerships with manufacturers or technology allies
- Design market penetration strategies for emerging segments
- Strengthen and expand relationships via upselling/cross-selling solutions
- Lead contract negotiations with new and existing clients
- Build and maintain a robust portfolio of strategic clients and projects
- Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Track pipelines, revenue projections, and profitability per account/client
Qualifications
- 5+ years in business development in Electronic Security (focus on vertical markets)
- Proven track record in market expansion and profitable client portfolio management.
- Demonstrated experience in securing large projects (above $1M USD)
- In-depth knowledge of bidding processes and strategies to win contracts
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Advanced English level
- Bachelor’s degree or above
