Dahua Technology Mexico is hiring:

Business Development Manager (Electronic Security)

Verticals: Energy, Retail, Education, and/or Safe City.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential clients (enterprises, integrators/SIs, distributors)
  • Generate opportunities through networking, trade shows, and partnerships with manufacturers or technology allies
  • Design market penetration strategies for emerging segments
  • Strengthen and expand relationships via upselling/cross-selling solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations with new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain a robust portfolio of strategic clients and projects
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Track pipelines, revenue projections, and profitability per account/client
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in business development in Electronic Security (focus on vertical markets)
  • Proven track record in market expansion and profitable client portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated experience in securing large projects (above $1M USD)
  • In-depth knowledge of bidding processes and strategies to win contracts
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Advanced English level
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
