An innovative startup support platform in Mexico City seeks a B2B Sales and Business Development professional. You will identify and foster potential client relationships, represent the company at industry events, and manage a sales pipeline. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of experience in similar roles, a strong knowledge of the Latin American startup ecosystem, and excellent networking and communication skills. This position is fully remote and offers multiple benefits including health coverage and flexible vacation time.

Formación

Responsibilities:

  • Business Opportunity Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients, building strategic relationships in the region.
  • Event Participation: Represent Lazo at key events, meetups, conferences, and startup ecosystem gatherings across Latin America.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and nurture business opportunities from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize commercial strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Identify industry trends, opportunities, and needs to enhance service offerings.
