Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with a focus on Product Management to join our dynamic team. This role will serve as the nexus of data analysis, product design, and strategic planning, driving data-informed decisions for product development and enhancement. You will design experiments, analyze data, write reports, and use these insights to perform product management duties.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product strategies based on insights derived from data analysis.
• Write detailed reports presenting the results of experiments, data analyses, and their implications on the product strategy.
• Use advanced analytics and data visualization tools to create a clear understanding of product performance, user behavior, and market trends.
• Transform data-driven insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage the product life cycle, from conception to launch, based on data insights.
• Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for product decisions.
• Enable all business units with a custom library of self-service reports to help us better understand and serve our clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, with a focus on product management.
• Strong experience with business intelligence tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and understanding of other data analysis tools.
• Experience working with large data sets, preferably within the financial or technology sectors: Google BigQuery, Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a simplified manner.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Education: A 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field OR equivalent training & work experience. Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
