As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your tasks include assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, defining the future state or business solution, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information, developing innovative strategies for process improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions, conducting in-depth analysis of customer requirements and business processes, providing expert guidance on business strategies, and leading project teams to successful outcomes.

Primary Skill: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain Management Sales & Marketing

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain Management Sales & Marketing is required.
• Proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools at an advanced level is recommended.
• Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, and Business Model Strategy at an advanced or intermediate level.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.

Location: Monterrey: 1-2 times a week in the office.
