Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for Leasing and Sales Pricing to translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents and communicate technical details to developers.

You will bridge business and technical teams, support DocuSign processes, and use Azure/DevOps to track, collaborate and deploy solutions. The role requires strong analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and knowledge of leasing and pricing concepts within a global business context.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Information or equivalent.
• Advanced English proficiency for cross-site and global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed Functional Design Documents based on business requirements.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of solutions.
• Support DocuSign-related processes and troubleshoot user issues as needed.
• Utilize Azure and DevOps tools for project tracking, collaboration, and deployment management.
• Manage and resolve incidents or service requests within ServiceNow.
• Work with various Microsoft Office applications for documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
• Read and interpret XML files for data extraction and validation.
• Apply knowledge of leasing and sales pricing to support business processes and decision-making.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive Functional Design Documents and effectively communicate technical details to developers. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and industry-specific knowledge.

What You Will Do

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Information or equivalent degree.
• Advanced English proficiency for cross‑site and global collaboration.

What Skills You Will Have

• Proven experience in writing clear and comprehensive Functional Design Documents.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying requirements to developers and technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with DocuSign platform and support.
• Proficiency in Azure and DevOps for project lifecycle management.
• Experience working with ServiceNow for IT service management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to read and understand XML data structures.
• Familiarity with leasing and sales pricing concepts within a commercial environment.
• Added advantage if the person knows CapitalStream, Oracle; has sales experience; understands dealership processes (like how pricing works); and has credit experience.

Additional Information

• This position will be in Santa Maria Office at Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.
• This position is five-days a week subject to changes and willingness to work sporadically on weekends.
• Domestic relocation assistance is NOT available for this position.
