Experience Required in:

Primary Skill: Requirements Analysis (Intermediate)

Responsibilities:

1. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
2. Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
3. Research, gather, and synthesize information.
4. Perform independently and become an SME.
5. Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
6. Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business processes align with technology solutions.
8. Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Provide strategic insights on business model strategies to drive organizational growth.

Advanced conversational English is required.

Monterrey: 1-2 times a week in the office

Mexico City and Guadalajara: 100% home office
