Actively solicits, analyzes customer requirements in collaboration with Product Owner in order to ensure that the project team can develop solutions that meet customer´s needs. Establishes and mantains agreement between customer and team on requirements for the deliverables. • Collaborate with multiple teams to gather project scope and transform it into technical details for developers.
• Utilize intermediate to advanced MYSQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Create and manage detailed project documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, VISIO, Adobe, and MS Project.
• Communicate effectively in advanced English with stakeholders and team members.
• Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply knowledge of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle to ensure project alignment and success.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years as a Business Analyst.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MYSQL and experienced with personal computers and software applications such as Microsoft Office, VISIO, Adobe, and MS Project.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
