We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Mexico City.

Job Description:

1. Manage small and medium projects with oversight from their supervisor.
2. Work on multiple applications: Tableau, Excel VBA, Java, Python.
3. Develop on multiple platforms: MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint.
4. Deliver services and solutions for clients using Microsoft’s Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and data integrations.
5. Guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform and automation tools.
6. Understand business challenges to provide suitable solutions through problem-solving skills.
7. Identify opportunities to leverage Power Platform and Microsoft 365 for process improvements.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and positive client interactions and solution delivery.
9. Create innovative outputs based on analysis and interpretation.
10. Stay updated on new technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
11. Lead or participate in critical projects, client engagements, or business processes.
12. Provide design and documentation at application or functional levels.
13. Help establish and maintain application standards and processes.
14. Advise on system integration, compatibility, scalability, and multi-platform issues.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science-related field.
• Intermediate to Advanced level of English.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in technology projects.
• Core skills include C#, SQL, .NET, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft DataVerse (CDS), Power Automate.
• Passion for advancing organizations through automation and innovation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication of technical and application directions.
• Desirable skills include Python, VBA, Power Pivot, MS Office 365 Suite.
