Sola Wood Flowers is seeking a part-time contract video creator in Monterrey to plan, shoot, and edit 5-10 short-form videos per week for Instagram Reels and TikTok. You’ll work on-site 1–2 days weekly at the Monterrey facility (Finsa Guadalupe) and edit on your own time, delivering ready-to-post content with captions and hashtags.

You should have existing videos to share, clear hooks, and the ability to demonstrate your impact with watch-time and sales signals.

Formación

• Links to short-form videos you made; your own accounts or brand accounts.
• You can shoot and edit end-to-end on your own with a phone or gear.
• Conversational English; weekly calls with US marketing team.
• Based in Monterrey and able to shoot on-site at our facility 1–2 days a week.
• References we can call.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, shoot, and edit 5-10 short-form videos per week (Reels/TikTok).
• Pitch hooks/formats, review trends, and bring ideas before we ask.
• Shoot on Monterrey floor 1-2 days weekly and edit on your own time.
• Deliver finished videos with captions, hashtags, and trending audio.
• Track performance and explain results with data.
