Amphenol TCS de México busca un Coordinador de Comunicaciones responsable de ejecutar planes de comunicación internos y externos en sus instalaciones en Mexicali. El puesto implica diseñar contenido atractivo, organizar eventos de motivación y compromiso, y asegurar una comunicación consistente que fortalezca la cultura organizacional. Ideal para una persona proactiva y con habilidades sólidas en diseño y comunicación, con experiencia previa en entornos manufactureros.
Reports to the Organizational Development (OD) Manager. This role is responsible for developing and executing the annual internal and external communication plansacross the three Amphenol Mexicali sites. The Communication Coordinator designsengaging content, promotes a positive and inclusive work environment throughmotivational events, and ensures consistent messaging across all communicationchannels.Worksclosely with the OD and HR teams to implement strategies that strengthenemployee engagement, foster organizational culture, and support workforcedevelopment.
Mainresponsibilities:
Ø Design and implement the Annual InternalCommunication Plan for all three Amphenol Mexicali sites, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Ø Develop and execute the Annual Motivation andEngagement Plan, including key campaigns and recognition initiatives.
Ø Create and manage high-quality internal andexternal content (flyers, newsletters, videos, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and alignment with corporate identity.
Ø Maintain and update all internal communicationplatforms such as bulletin boards, TV screens, digital signage, and externalmedia.
Ø Coordinate welcome announcements and onboardingcommunications for new employees; ensure proper display and visibility ofsignage within and around the facilities.
Ø Organize and lead employee engagement andteam-building events, including logistics, promotion, and post event follow-up.
Ø Develop and manage the annual communications andevents budget, including monthly tracking and reporting of expenses.
1. Bachelor’s degree incommunications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in a communications role within a manufacturing environment.
3. Intermediate to advancedproficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Strong design skills withproficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
5. Proven experience in planningand executing team building and employee engagement events.
6. Fully bilingual: English andSpanish (spoken and written).
7. Excellent writtencommunication, editing, and storytelling skills.
8. Strong project management andorganizational skills.
