Descripción del empleo

Amazon Mexico Retail team is looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed, hands-on, and creative candidate to join our team. As a Brand Specialist, you'll work with selected vendors to help drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on amazon.com.mx, while fostering strong business relationships with some of Amazon's highest visibility brands.

You’ll be responsible for managing a brand’s product portfolio, contributing to user experience improvements, and creating detailed monthly performance reports. You will lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and serve as their main point of contact.

You will also support category growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies, identifying solutions, proposing operational changes, maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, ensuring high-quality product detail pages, and recommending effective marketing campaigns.

Success in this role requires strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills, along with comfort in adopting new technologies. You should be an analytics expert, capable of identifying problem areas and devising plans for resolution, with a quick learning ability. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building positive relationships are essential.

Brand Specialists are involved in online marketing, vendor management, and in-stock management. Key tasks include:

  1. Online marketing: improving product page data, developing marketing and merchandising plans, enhancing onsite customer experience, and generating traffic and sales.
  2. Vendor management: expanding product selection, onboarding new vendors, and resolving pricing issues.
  3. In-stock management: tracking purchase orders, investigating late deliveries, resolving order rejections, and working with vendors on PO automation.
