Amazon Mexico Retail team is seeking an analytical, customer-focused, hands-on, and creative individual to join us as a Brand Manager. In this role, you will lead relationships with select retail vendors, including major consumer brands, to drive business growth and enhance the customer experience on amazon.com.mx.

Your responsibilities include setting strategic plans with vendors to increase sales and margins, managing their online product portfolios, contributing to customer experience initiatives, and reviewing business performance weekly and monthly. You will lead vendor presentations and planning sessions, acting as the primary point of contact.

You will analyze business inefficiencies to identify solutions, propose operational improvements, ensure high customer satisfaction, oversee product detail quality, and recommend marketing strategies. Inventory management and purchase order oversight are also key components, requiring negotiation and collaboration with vendors to meet sales and profit targets.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, project/program management, or buying
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Experience managing large datasets
