Amazon Instock Manager - Mexico Lifestyles Retail

Amazon is seeking a smart and driven Instock Manager to support Mexico's Lifestyles Retail business. The role involves driving inventory decisions and key supply chain initiatives for Amazon's fast-growing business in Mexico. The manager will develop and execute best practices in managing the Global Store and NAFN channel.

Key qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience with Excel, supply chain, inventory management, or project management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of statistical inventory control principles
  • Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma
  • SQL management skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate mechanisms to evaluate graduation across channels.
  2. Deliver reports, project updates, and handle escalations.
  3. Assist the head of instock in projects to drive Supply Chain Excellence.
  4. Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues, develop action plans, and manage improvements.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve tools and processes affecting graduation mechanisms or SCE issues.

A day in the life:

  • Focus on improving Free Cash Flow and topline based on channel management.
  • Provide reports and data to Vendor Managers and Brand specialists, managing risks and recommendations.
  • Benchmark other Amazon marketplaces to drive operational efficiency programs.
  • Solve operational issues and escalate as needed.
