They work with businesses of all sizes, especially those new to video advertising, to create and manage powerful campaigns from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and oversee client brand strategies with a focus on long-term impact

  • Act as the client’s go-to partner, understanding their goals and becoming part of their "company family"

  • Coordinate with designers to ensure creative output aligns with brand identity and strategy

  • Stay on top of market and cultural trends to bring innovative ideas to the table

  • Use project management tools to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables

  • Maintain a balance of friendly, honest, and professional communication with clients

Must-haves

  • 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing coordination, or creative account management

  • Has experience with direct contact with clients

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Strong project management skills (Notion, Asana, or similar tools)

  • Proactive mindset—you suggest improvements before being asked

  • Ability to form strong human relationships and be perceived as a trusted advisor

  • Visual communication or branding knowledge

  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing campaigns

  • Experience in a creative agency environment

  • Have worked as a leader in the past
