A global hygiene and health company is seeking a Brand Manager in Mexico to enhance brand presence and drive growth in the Intimate Wellness sector. The ideal candidate will manage brand plans, P&L, create communication strategies, and lead innovation processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities

We need someone who helps us drive Intimate Wellness business in Mexico. The person will be responsible to accomplish the brand plans, P&L, build the brand’s communication strategy, plan instore activations, drive analysis to find opportunities, between others. This person is responsible for the development of an ABM and 2 scholars which need to develop according to their positions to also help support the brand plans and growth.

• Continuous brand performance tracking and new ideas proposal

• Comms leader with high focus on digital and BTL

• Leader of innovation process (artworks, volumes, codes creation, fcst planning, etc.)

• Helps to plan and build 4P’s plan with trade marketing
