CHANEL is seeking a Makeup Brand Manager in Mexico City to lead strategic planning and execution of makeup marketing initiatives. You will align with business objectives, manage a cross-functional team, and drive brand equity and sales growth in the Mexican market.

The role demands an experienced professional with a track record in brand management, product development, and leadership. Fluent English and Spanish are required, with French a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 4+ years in brand management, beauty/cosmetics focus.
• Advanced MS Office, Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Proven record of growing a brand and launching campaigns.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior and beauty market dynamics.
• Experience with international brand management and global marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives in luxury beauty.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the brand’s long-term strategy and market positioning.
• Oversee makeup portfolio across categories to lead in the Mexican market.
• Collaborate with Global, S&OP and Sell In to manage stock and protect sell-out.
• Conduct market research and translate insights into product and marketing plans.
• Partner with sales and retail teams to boost in-store and online sales.
• Manage the brand budget and report financial performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing makeup team and stakeholders.
