About the role

This person will be responsible for the analgesics category. Their role will include executing brand plans, managing the P&L, building the brand communication strategy, planning in-store activations, driving analysis to identify opportunities, among other responsibilities. It is important that they have knowledge of pharmaceutical products, as interaction with doctors is a key component. They will play a fundamental role in the development of two scholars as part of their growth as a team leader.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Be responsible for the P&L
  • Manage budgets
  • Oversee brand tracking, analysis, and plan proposals
  • Develop consumer and point-of-sale communications
  • Monitor medical channel activities and propose initiatives based on opportunities
  • Manage medical samples and forecasting
  • Support planning and development of the 4P marketing mix with commercial marketing
  • Develop team members
